“STEM Force: Women Driving Innovation” – Stories of Scientists Shaping the Future

The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia is launching a new series titled “STEM Force: Women Driving Innovation”, dedicated to inspiring stories of women in science who are shaping the future through their work, innovations, and contributions. Through a collection of articles and interviews, we will showcase the success stories, challenges, and achievements of women scientists in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

The series will cover topics such as research in artificial intelligence, innovations in biomedicine, and new technologies, as well as the application of AI in social policies, with a particular focus on how women in STEM drive social change and technological progress.

This initiative aligns with the activities of the TANGO project, implemented in collaboration with 20 European partners. The project aims to advance gender equality through the development of innovative AI solutions and includes the application of AI in creating social policies tailored to the specific needs of women in science and research.

With the launch of “STEM Force: Women Driving Innovation”, the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia emphasizes the importance of women’s role in science and innovation, focusing on the empowerment of women in STEM fields and the promotion of gender equality as a cornerstone of sustainable development and technological advancement.
