IVI Participates in International embrAIsme Project Meeting in Madeira

The project team of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia participated in an international meeting held in Madeira as part of the European embrAIsme project, hosted by IDE Madeira.

The meeting brought together representatives from eight European countries – Austria, Spain, Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Slovenia, Serbia, and Bulgaria – to exchange knowledge and experience on improving regional policies that encourage the adoption and use of artificial intelligence among small and medium-sized enterprises.

The programme included presentations of good practices, discussions on progress in implementing regional action plans, and the definition of the project’s next steps. A dedicated session also featured five examples from Bulgaria, showcasing different approaches to supporting SMEs in adopting and implementing AI-based solutions.

Through its participation in the embrAIsme project, the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia contributes to international knowledge exchange, the development of regional policies, and the creation of an enabling environment for wider AI adoption across the economy, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises.
