ICIST 2025 – A Fusion of Expertise, Innovation, and Experience!

The prestigious international conference ICIST 2025, held at Kopaonik, brought together top scientists, engineers, and managers with the aim of exchanging knowledge, experiences, and exploring key technological trends. This event provided a unique opportunity to connect the academic community, industry, and institutions working together to advance modern technologies.

Over the course of three days of intensive discussions and presentations, participants focused on cutting-edge technological solutions across a wide range of fields, including:

• Information Systems and Model-Driven Software Engineering, with an emphasis on improving methods for developing, testing, and optimizing software solutions.
  
• E-Government and Big Data Analytics, aimed at enhancing decision-making processes and system efficiency through the analysis of large datasets.
  
• Biomedical Engineering, with a special focus on the application of artificial intelligence in medical diagnostics and therapy.
  
• Semantic Web and Internet of Things (IoT), as essential technologies for developing smart systems and improving human-machine interaction.
  

Special attention was given to sessions organized by IVI researchers, which attracted significant interest from participants:

• “Digital Water” – A discussion on the application of artificial intelligence and IoT solutions to optimize water resource management, with the goal of improving efficiency and sustainability in this critical area.
  
• “AI & IoT for Smart Industry” – A session dedicated to integrating artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things into industrial processes, focusing on enhancing productivity, optimizing resources, and reducing negative environmental impact.
  

Participation in ICIST 2025 once again demonstrates the commitment of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Serbia (IVI) to contributing to the development of artificial intelligence through innovative research, collaboration with industry, and active participation in international events.
