What is it like to return to research after maternity leave?

The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia invites female academics to participate in a study exploring the experiences of women in science during and after maternity leave.

The aim of the study is to map the professional and personal challenges faced by women researchers, as well as to identify forms of support that could facilitate and improve their return to research work.

Study details:

• The research is conducted as part of the international TANGO project, in which the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia is a participant.

• Completing the questionnaire takes approximately 7 minutes.
• Participation is voluntary, and all collected data will be used solely for research purposes in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
