The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia is pleased to announce the organization of a special session at SpliTech 2026, dedicated to the application of Artificial Intelligence combined with the Internet of Things (AIoT) in industry.

This special session will explore how the integration of AI and IoT technologies is transforming the industries of the future, including manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, energy, and other sectors. The focus will be on innovative solutions that enable process automation, intelligent management, resource optimization, and the development of smart industrial systems.

The session is organized by our experts Dr. Milovan Medojević and Prof. Dr. Aleksandar Rikalović, and will cover key topics including:

• Big Data Analytics for Industry 4.0;
• Artificial Intelligence and evolutionary techniques for Industry 4.0;ž
• AIoT solutions for Industry 5.0;
• Intelligent monitoring and control systems;
• Data-driven modeling and optimization;
• Machine and deep learning for intelligent systems;
• Data analytics for industrial process planning and scheduling;
• And other related areas and innovations in smart industry.

We invite researchers, engineers, and industry and academic professionals to submit original papers on novel architectures, algorithms, systems, techniques, or applications of AIoT solutions. Your contribution can help shape the industries of the future, improve production processes, and advance sustainable and intelligent industrial ecosystems.
