VET5.0 – Vocational Education for Industry 5.0

VET5.0 – Transforming Vocational Education Through Advancing Learner-Centricity, Education 5.0, and Lifelong Learning for Industry 4.0/5.0 in Rural Regions is a four-year Erasmus+ project running from May 2026 to April 2030.

The project aims to make vocational education and training more learner-centred, flexible and responsive to the needs of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. VET5.0 develops innovative learning approaches using adaptive learning, micro-credentials and technologies such as artificial intelligence, immersive learning and gamification. It also supports educators in applying Education 5.0 methods and strengthens cooperation between VET providers, industry, SMEs, public authorities and policymakers.

VET5.0 will establish an Excellence Academy connecting six regional Centres of Vocational Excellence in Austria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia, supporting digital and green manufacturing skills and lifelong learning.
