IVI Wins Award for the Most Innovative AI Research Idea at DSC Europe 2024

At this year’s DSC Europe 2024 conference, the inaugural AI Awards were introduced to celebrate excellence and innovation in artificial intelligence across the Southeast European region.

The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia was honored with the award for “Most Innovative AI Research Idea” for its project “AI in Mammography”. This groundbreaking project leverages advanced AI algorithms to improve the accuracy of breast cancer diagnostics and support medical professionals in making more efficient decisions. This recognition highlights the significance of our research and its potential to transform healthcare both regionally and globally.
