IVI Supports the Development of Young AI Researchers

Junior research assistant at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia (IVI), Luka Panić, participated in the Eastern European Machine Learning Summer School (EEML 2026), held in Cetinje, Montenegro. EEML is one of the leading international summer schools in the fields of machine learning and artificial intelligence, bringing together students, researchers, and professionals from academia and industry.

The EEML 2026 programme featured lectures, hands-on sessions, and workshops focused on the latest advances in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Participants had the opportunity to expand their knowledge, exchange experiences, and connect with leading experts from around the world.

The lecturers included internationally recognised researchers and experts from institutions and companies such as Google DeepMind, New York University, and IST Austria.

By supporting the participation of its researchers in leading international educational programmes and professional events, the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Research and Development of Serbia continues to invest in building research capacity, strengthening international collaboration, and fostering knowledge exchange in the field of artificial intelligence.
