IVI at the 19th “Flower of Success for the Dragon Woman 2025” Event

At the 19th Flower of Success for the Dragon Woman 2025 event, traditionally organized by the Association of Business Women of Serbia, awards were presented to the most successful entrepreneurs across several categories of innovative and sustainable entrepreneurship. This year, Milana Vitas, Patent Engineer at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia, took part in the work of the expert jury.

The Flower of Success for the Dragon Woman award represents a unique form of encouragement for women who successfully navigate business challenges in transitional economic conditions, while also inspiring those considering entering the world of entrepreneurship. The award is intended for the most accomplished entrepreneurs in Serbia—owners and co-owners of small, medium-sized, and large companies—with the aim of recognizing their contribution to the country’s economic development and increasing the visibility of women’s entrepreneurship.

Awards are presented in three categories:

• Export-Oriented Company
• Successful Business Model
• Special Recognitions

The participation of an IVI representative on the jury further underscores the Institute’s commitment to supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and intellectual property protection, as well as to promoting the role of women in science, technology, and business. The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia continues to actively contribute to the development of the innovation ecosystem through professional engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and support for initiatives that foster equality and sustainable development.
