FCN 2025 in Belgrade: Strengthening Serbia–China Cooperation in AI and Telecommunications

The third International Conference on Future Communications and Networks (FCN 2025) was officially opened today at the Sava Center in Belgrade.

This prestigious scientific gathering brings together leading experts from academia and industry to exchange ideas and present the latest advancements in telecommunications and artificial intelligence. The conference is co-organized by the FuTURE Mobile Communication Forum (China), the University of Novi Sad, and the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Research and Development of Serbia.

The FCN 2025 program features keynote speeches, invited talks, technical symposia, and workshops covering topics such as AI-enabled communications, edge and cloud computing, integrated sensing and communications, next-generation networks and internet, as well as space–air–ground connectivity.

As part of the conference, the joint work within the REST-on-AIoT project will also be presented. The project is carried out under the Serbia–China Science and Technological Cooperation Program, funded by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of Serbia. Bringing together four teams from Serbia and China, the project aims to advance research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things.
