Registration Open for the Fourth ARTIFACT Training on Nature-Based Solutions for Urban Flood Risk Management

As part of the ARTIFACT project, the fourth online expert training session, titled “Urban NBS and Flooding: From Design to Model, and What Comes Next,” will focus on the application of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) to urban flood risk management.

The training will explore various aspects of implementing these solutions in urban environments, from their design and evaluation to modelling and the integration of artificial intelligence. It aims to showcase how nature-based solutions can improve flood risk management and explore the next steps in their development and implementation.

The sessions will be delivered by Dr Nataša Manojlović from Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) and Dr Veljko Prodanović, Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Research and Development of Serbia. The training will be moderated by Dr Milan Stojković, Senior Research Associate at the Institute.

The training will take place online via Zoom on 22 October 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM CEST. Participation is free of charge, subject to prior registration.
