IVI at ECML PKDD 2026 in Naples, Italy

Dr Ilija Kamenko, Research Associate at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia, participated in the European Conference on Machine Learning and Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (ECML PKDD 2026), held in Naples, Italy.

During the conference, Dr Kamenko presented a poster entitled “Supervisor-Driven Query Processing Orchestration in a Multi-Agent Framework for Policy-Making Support.” The paper focuses on query processing orchestration within a multi-agent framework, with a supervisor coordinating the work of different agents to support policy-making processes.

The research explores the use of multi-agent systems for processing complex queries and coordinating different AI agents, with a focus on applications in environments that require structured information processing and decision support.

Participation in the conference provided an opportunity to present IVI’s research to the international scientific community, exchange knowledge and experience with researchers from different fields, and connect with experts interested in the further development and application of advanced artificial intelligence approaches.
