The project&#8217;s goal is to develop an advanced system for automated welding using collaborative robots and computer vision algorithms powered by artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main idea behind the AI-WELD project stems from the increasing need for welding automation, driven by global trends indicating a gradual shift away from manual and physical labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Benefits of Welding Automation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consistency and quality of welded joints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elimination of human errors and reduction in defect rates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased efficiency with continuous 24\/7 robotic operation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lower production costs through optimized resource and material use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced workplace safety by reducing risks associated with traditional welding methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The AI-WELD system is designed to enable seamless collaboration between humans and machines.
