Vladimir Udovi\u010di\u0107<\/strong>, officially opened the conference <strong>\u201cSocial Aspects of the Application of Artificial Intelligence and Transhumanism\u201d<\/strong>, jointly organized by the Institute of Social Sciences and the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his opening address, Dr. Udovi\u010di\u0107 emphasized the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to understanding the impact of artificial intelligence on society, the economy, and individuals. He highlighted that increased innovation in the application of AI technologies contributes positively to long-term economic growth. While many developed countries face challenges regarding the ethical and responsible implementation of AI, he stressed that Serbia has significant potential for further progress, supported by a growing ecosystem of research, education, and innovation in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the conference, a round table titled <strong>\u201cAI in the State Administration System\u201d<\/strong> was held, with participation from IVI\u2019s Business Development Manager, Dr. Branislav Radomirovi\u0107. The discussion focused on legal, ethical, and social challenges related to the use of AI in state administration, as well as the potential of AI technologies to improve administrative processes and foster innovation in the public sector.
