Alongside Dr. Tanasijevi\u0107, the panel included Mr. Aleksandar Stepan\u010dev, Country Lead for Cisco Serbia and Montenegro, and Milan Gospi\u0107, Country Manager at Microsoft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the discussion, special attention was given to how artificial intelligence can support the learning process and skill development of employees, particularly those at risk of job displacement due to technological changes. The panel explored how individuals and organizations can best prepare for future job roles that will require new, advanced skills and adaptability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Tanasijevi\u0107 emphasized the significant role of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia in developing and applying advanced technologies, highlighting a responsible approach to the integration of AI across various sectors. He pointed out that the Institute&#8217;s key mission is to connect industry, educational institutions, and policymakers to ensure the workforce is prepared for the challenges brought by new technological shifts.
