The event was organized under the<strong> COST Action: CA21153 &#8211; Network for Implementing Multiomics Approaches in Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Research<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research assistant Gorana Gojic<\/strong> presented a report on her STSM visit to the Technical University of Munich in 2023 during the Young Researchers Session. Her research focused on <strong>domain adaptation in coronary artery segmentation from XCAD images (Domain Adaptation for Coronary Artery Segmentation from XCA images)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Junior research assistant Ilija Tanaskovic<\/strong> presented a poster titled <strong>\u201cUnravelling the Gene Signature of Heart Failure: A Machine Learning Approach\u201d,<\/strong> co-authored with Dr. Branko Raki\u0107. The poster&#8217;s concept is the development of a methodology that combines artificial intelligence and traditional bioinformatics to identify the gene signature of heart failure patients compared to healthy individuals.
