IVI Hosts High-Level Delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China

The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia had the exceptional honor of hosting a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, led by the esteemed Vice Minister, Mr. Chen Jiaqiang. This visit represents a significant step towards enhancing collaboration between the two countries in the field of science and technology.

The acting director of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia, Prof. Dr. Dubravko Culibrk, presented the Chinese delegation with IVI’s innovative projects and ambitious research goals. During the meeting, the latest projects of the Institute were showcased in detail, including the development of advanced algorithms for medical diagnostics and the application of AI technologies in the industry.

Discussions covered numerous opportunities for establishing new partnerships and strengthening existing ties with Chinese colleagues. Special attention was given to the possibilities of joint research projects, exchange of students and experts, and the organization of joint scientific conferences and seminars.
